Nairobi Housemaid Charged with Molesting Employer’s Underage Son for Six Months

A housemaid was on Wednesday arraigned in a Nairobi court for allegedly defiling her employer’s underage son.

Sabina Mwikali Muasya was charged with defiling a 12-year-old boy for more than six months.

The court heard that the accused person committed an indecent act with the child by touching his penis on diverse dates between January 1st and July 31st, 2021 at Kileleshwa Mosata Gardens.

The charge sheet further read that Sabina unlawfully and intentionally caused penetration of the boy’s penis into her genitals. She also faced another count of forcing a five-year-old girl to suck the penis of his sibling aged 12.

Sabina pleaded not guilty to the charges and will remain in police custody.

Senior Resident Magistrate Jane Kamau of Milimani law courts ordered that a pre-bail report be produced in court.
