National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bearer Raila Odinga has sensationally claimed that one of the Supreme Court judges spent part of last weekend at State House in Nairobi.

Speaking during a presser at the Okoa Kenya headquarters on Friday, the former Prime Minister alleged that one of the judges, who issued a dissenting ruling in the presidential petition was invited to State House by President Uhuru Kenyatta, where they spent time together.

The Orange Democratic Movement leader, however, declined to mention the name. He said the alleged judge spent the whole of Saturday celebrating the dissenting ruling. "We challenge Uhuru Kenyatta to deny that one of the dissenting judges spent all Saturday at State House at his invitation, in celebration of the dissenting ruling ahead of its delivery," Raila stated.

Lady Justice Njoki Ndung'u and Justice Jackton Ojwang' issued dissenting opinions in the petition, its not clear which of the two Raila was talking about.

Raila says that the Opposition was not consulted on the October 26th date announced by the IEBC for the repeat poll, and insisted that there will be no election if their demands are not met.

He also alleges that French biometric firm, OT-Morpho, which supplied the electronic system used to transmit results in the August elections set the date.

Raila further said that the IEBC consulted President Kenyatta in choosing the new election date which happens to be his (Uhuru's) birth date, so it would be his birthday present. "It also happens to be Uhuru Kenyatta's birthday so they want to give him as a birthday present," he noted.
