NASA Rules Out Moving to Court to Challenge Presidential Results
NASA has ruled out moving to the Supreme Court to challenge results of the presidential election once announced.
Nasa presidential chief agent Musalia Mudavadi and Siays senator James Orengo made the announcement after storming out of a meeting for all agents organized by IEBC at the Bomas of Kenya.
“Going to court for us is not an alternative, we have been there before and it’s not an alternative,” Orengo said.
Mudavadi declared that Nasa would not be part of the announcement that will be made by the commission.
“We have raised our objections because earlier on when we were here we had seen that there was every activity indicating that they wanted to announce in the afternoon. We raised some very serious concerns and they have not responded to them and the chairman has told us that whatever we raised they shall respond to us after the event,” said Mudavadi.
